Cleaver-Brooks Acquired by Harbour Group

Cleaver-Brooks today announced
that it has been acquired by Harbour Group, a privately owned operating company
based in St. Louis, Mo. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
Commenting on the acquisition, Cleaver-Brooks President and CEO Welch
